A medium size travel bag to take all items
A small pillow for support
Mother clothes-2 pairs, including gowns or dresses, with petticoat or skirt: winter wear if winters along with socks
Baby clothes- at least 4 pair of clothes in summer and in winter 2(* inner wear should be cotton in all seasons), and baby blankets both cotton and woollen
Toiletries- face wash, soap, shampoo, tooth brush, toothpaste, comb, tissue paper(*all hospitals do not provide toiletries)
Maternity pads- extra large sanitary pads or special lochia pads
Maternity bras along with breast pad set(containing at least 10)
Disposable panties
Nip care tube to prevent nipple cracking
lip balm
Betadine tube to apply on wounds
cord blood papers and kit
Insurance papers
EXTRA(if you feel)
A journal for your baby
Skin care products/ cosmetics like moisturizer and astringent
Abdominal belt/ binder(take according to size post delivery-small/ medium/ large)
